Ann Gray judging Fire River Poets Open Poetry Competition 2013

Ann Gray, who is reading at the Exeter Phoenix on September 5th with Carol Ann Duffy, is judging the 2013 Fire River Poets Open Poetry Competition.

JUDGE:   Ann Gray has an MA in Creative writing from the University of Plymouth. Her collections include At The Gate (2008) & The Man I Was Promised (2004), both Headland. Her poems have featured in the Forward Prize Anthology in 1995 and 2008. She was commended for the National Poetry Competition, 2010, second in the Hippocrates Poetry and Medicine Prize 2013 and earlier this year was the Poet in Residence at the Cambridge University Botanic Garden as part of the Thresholds Cambridge University Museums Project.

ENTRANCE FEE: £3 for one poem, £5 for 2 poems,  £10 for 4 poems.
